As each structure, individual and pest are unique. After your Thomas Pest Services professional completes their inspection they will offer you recommendations and treatment options. Our treatments vary from one time, annual, seasonal, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and much more.
How long will the treatment take?
Each structure and level of infestation are different. Treatments can vary from half and hour to all day. Ask your Thomas Pest Services professional for a better idea on the length of service.
Do I have to leave the home?
Depending upon the treatment, young children and/or pets, Thomas Pest Services may ask you to leave during the service for precautionary measures. Your Thomas Pest Services professional would be able to answer that for you.
How much will it cost?
As each structure, individual and pest are unique. After your Thomas Pest Services professional completes their inspection they will offer you recommendations, treatment options and pricing.
How long will it take to see results?

What type of warranty is offered?
Depending on the target (insect or rodent), conditions of the structure, ability to treat, frequency of service and a few other details your Thomas Pest Service professional would be able to explain whether or not the service would be warranted.
Should I call if I see more activity?
Not necessarily. With general crawling and flying insects, seeing an increase in activity is not abnormal. Our service and products have disrupted their patterns. By all means if you continue to see activity for more than two weeks, give us a call.
How frequent are follow up visits?
Depending on the service follow up visits can be daily, weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Your Thomas Pest Services professional will explain when your next service will be - that's if you need one.
Do you offer year round protection?
