Angie's List holds companies to a set of strict standards in determining eligibility for the Super Service Award. Eligible companies must hold an "A" or higher rating with Angie's List in overall grade, recent grade, and review grade. Those high marks, along with completion of a background check and good standing with Angie's List, are something that fewer than 5% of Thomas Pest Services' Albany, NY competitors can claim. This is truly something humbling to have recognized by Angie's List, and an achievement that could not have been attained without the passion and dedication of our excellent staff and technicians, who strive to uphold the Thomas promise: We CARE!

Receiving the Angie's List Super Service Award is as much a challenge to us here at Thomas to continue doing our best and looking to improve in 2018 as it is a milestone to celebrate our journey through 2017.
