I’ve always had a strong interest in biology and science. I originally went to school for ornithology, but later changed my major, and pest management felt like a great fit. It’s a career that still lets me explore biology in a hands-on way.
My favorite pest is the garter snake, and what I enjoy most about this industry is that every day brings something new pests, new places, and new things to learn. I’m a bit of a film nerd, but if I had to choose a favorite show, it’d probably beThe Leftovers. My favorite band isPink Floyd. Fun fact: I was a professional brewer for about four years, and I’m also an avid cyclist!
