Thomas Pest Services Celebrates New Albany Office
Closing out 2025 and a remarkable 15 years in business, Thomas Pest Services officially cut the ribbon on its new headquarters in Albany last month, and is completely moved into its new offices on Loudonville Rd. In partnership with the Capital Region Chamber, the event drew local leaders, partners, and longtime supporters to celebrate this major moment in the company’s history. The event showcased both the physical expansion of the business and the remarkable 15-year journey that has transformed the family-founded company into a trusted regional presence.
What began in 2010 as a small operation launched by husband-and-wife duo Bill Clark and Sarah Thomas-Clark has steadily grown into a company recognized for its integrity, responsiveness, and relationship-driven approach. Since celebrating its 10th anniversary and opening its Hudson location in 2020, Thomas Pest Services has experienced more than a 180% increase in overall growth, a milestone that reflects both rising demand and the company’s continued investment in people, infrastructure, and service excellence. This celebration highlighted the evolution of that vision, as guests explored the modern new workspace and heard stories of the customers and communities that helped propel the company forward.
“This new location represents a new chapter for our team,” said Sarah Thomas-Clark, Vice President and co-founder. “Every step of our growth has been shaped by the people who believed in us, from our earliest customers to the incredible employees who carry out our mission every day. We are proud of how far we’ve come and inspired by the opportunities ahead.”
The new office will enable Thomas Pest Services to expand its reach throughout the Capital Region, joining its two other locations in Hudson and Kingston. That steady expansion, paired with significant growth over the past five years, demonstrates the company’s ability to scale while maintaining the high-touch service experience that has become its hallmark. As the company looks to the future, it remains grounded in its core belief that exceptional service begins with genuine care, captured in the promise that has guided it for a decade and a half.
The new office is located at 60 Loudonville Road, Albany, NY 12204. The new centrally located space occupies 8,900 square feet, and features a more functional layout that supports team collaboration.
