We send a trained wildlife control specialist to your home. Your specialist traps the animal, cleans the infested area, and even patches up the entry hole. How is that for service!! You go to the internet and write a glowing review of how the technician from Thomas Pest Services was friendly and knowledgeable, and how you're so happy with how quickly the problem was resolved. Then you go to bed happy.

Three weeks later, you hear thumping in your attic. This time, it is in the middle of the night. You don't remember that squirrel ever bumping around at night. Bump, thump, bump! With bleary eyes you try to find a noise generator app on your Smartphone, set it to brown noise, and head back to sleep.
