<p> Although I’m new to the pest management industry, I bring over 15 years of experience in customer service, including time in a supervisory role. I was drawn to this field because it allows me to help people in a more hands-on, solution-focused way, and I’m excited to learn the technical side of pest control.
My favorite pest is the bat. They’re often misunderstood, but I find them fascinating because of their role in insect control and their unique behaviors.
What I’m most excited about is learning how to identify different pests and apply safe, effective treatments. I love the mix of science, problem-solving, and helping others.
In my spare time, I enjoy historical shows, documentaries, and exploring different cultures and traditions.
